I offer emotional support sessions in English for the english speaking community in Israel.
My work focuses on supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depressive symptoms, or certain addictive patterns, using approaches centered on emotional well-being and resilience.
The aim of this work is to help you develop personal resources, improve emotional regulation, and move toward greater psychological balance and quality of life.
These sessions provide a supportive and confidential space to explore emotional challenges, strengthen coping strategies, and foster long-term well-being.

Support group for women of reservists soldiers
A space for compassionate listening, sharing and mutual support, created to support women facing the unique challenges related to their husbands' military reserve.
The group is free and operates in a spirit of mutual solidarity: each member is both supported and a support for others.
Together, we form a strong and welcoming community, where you feel understood, supported, and never alone.
