About Me
My journey has been marked by a rich multicultural experience: I have had the opportunity to live in Miami, New York, Paris and Israel, which has allowed me to develop an openness and a deep understanding of different human realities.
I obtained a degree in psychology from Reichman University in Herzliya (Israel), where I also participated in the Big Sisters program, designed to support newly immigrated teenagers, helping them with their doubts and the challenges related to adolescence and integration.
I then pursued my studies with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at Yeshiva University – Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology (New York). During this time, I worked with children suffering from neurological and developmental disorders, both in individual therapy and in group workshops aimed at improving their social skills.
My professional experience was further enriched at a New York hospital, in the addiction department, where I led individual and group therapy sessions. I also worked at a private addiction clinic, also in New York. Trained in motivational interviewing (MI), I had the opportunity to support individuals facing complex issues related to addiction, as well as traumatic experiences.
Today, I put this clinical experience and multicultural perspective at the service of the people I support, offering a space for listening, support and transformation.
